How to Request a Return

- Go to Your Account → Your Orders.
- Select the item you want to return and click Return or Replace Items to start the process.
- Go to Your Orders.
- Find the return order.
- Click View Return/Refund Status next to the order.
Note: Returns using Amazon's prepaid return label can be tracked directly from your order page. If you used a different carrier, you can track your return directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
3. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card).
4. Refund Arrival Time:

5. Return Shipping Fees:
When you select your return shipping method under Your Orders, the applicable return shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the return process. Depending on your location and the product type, you may qualify for free returns.
