At NIMASO, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a warranty to provide you with peace of mind regarding the performance and durability of your purchase. This warranty policy includes contact methods, eligible products, warranty period, warranty coverage,  number of warranty claims, and warranty exclusions. If you have any questions about a product purchased from NIMASO, please contact us.

Eligible Products 

This applies only to products purchased from NIMASO's official store or authorized retailers.

Warranty Period

The standard warranty period for NIMASO products is 12 months. Please notify us of any product defects through customer support within the quality guarantee period from the purchase date. Once confirmed, we will provide guidance regarding the warranty. If you wish to apply for an extended warranty service, you must register as a member and apply for the extended warranty service (free) within 12 months of receiving the product.

  • Smartphone screen protectors: 12 months standard warranty + 30 months extended warranty
  • Tablet screen protectors: 12 months standard warranty + 30 months extended warranty
  • Other products: 12 months standard warranty + 6 months extended warranty

*Note: For bundled sales of products with different warranty periods, each product will be subject to its respective warranty period. If there is a product in the bundle that has exceeded its warranty period, it will be handled individually rather than as a set. Thank you for your understanding.

Warranty Coverage

1.Initial Defects

If there are initial defects upon arrival (such as cracks, chips, dirt), missing accessories, or damaged packaging (in these cases, the warranty service can also be used for the resent product).

Applicable period: Within the warranty period from the date of purchase.

2.Product Defects

For screen protectors: peeling, bubbles, dust intrusion, poor adhesion, natural breakage (including customer-caused breakage), or any other concerns about the product.

For cases: yellowing during use, natural breakage, etc.

Applicable period: Within the warranty period from the date of purchase.

*If a quality issue arises within the warranty period, we can offer a refund, repair, or exchange. If you experience a defect in a product you are using within the warranty period, after confirming the issue, we will promptly exchange it for the same new product. However, if the relevant product is out of stock or discontinued, we may replace it with a comparable item or refund the product price, so please understand in advance.

*After confirming the defect with the customer support representative, a free exchange for a new product is possible. In some cases, such as purchases made in stores, you may need to return the original item along with the application form. Please note that shipping costs for returns will be the customer's responsibility.

Number of Warranty Claims 

If a product fails under normal usage conditions (as per the user manual and precautions), we will provide the warranty service free of charge once during the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Outside of the product warranty period, or if the extended warranty has not been applied for or is outside the extended warranty period.
  • Purchases from sellers other than NIMASO's official store or authorized retailers are not covered.
  • If an exchange has already been received from NIMASO's official store or authorized retailers.
  • Campaign prizes and free products are not covered.
  • Damage due to improper operation by the purchaser.
  • Mismatch between customer-provided and actual product information.
  • If the customer cannot provide warranty service information (e.g., order number, photos, other necessary product information).
  • Damage or failure from external factors after purchase (pressure, liquid, foreign objects, etc.).
  • If the product is stolen or lost, preventing the purchaser from confirming the product's condition.
  • Damage due to fire, earthquake, floods, or other natural disasters, pollution, etc.
  • Damage to non-NIMASO products (main device, display screen, etc.).
  • Any issues that occur during delivery to us, such as loss, theft, damage, or non-delivery.
  • If we find that any of the above conditions apply, or otherwise determine that the issue is not covered by warranty.
