Eligible Products
This only applies to products purchased from NIMASO's official store or authorized retailers.
Warranty Period
The basic warranty period for NIMASO products is 12 months. Please contact us if there is any product defect within the valid warranty period after purchase. Once confirmed, we will provide guidance under warranty. Register as a member and apply for an extended warranty within 12 months of receiving the product to enjoy an extended warranty service (up to 30 months).
- Smartphone screen protectors: 12 months basic warranty + 30 months extended warranty
- Tablet screen protectors: 12 months basic warranty + 30 months extended warranty
- Other products: 12 months basic warranty + 6 months extended warranty
*Note: For bundled products with different warranty periods, each product will be subject to its respective warranty period. If there is a product in the bundle that has exceeded its warranty period, it will be handled individually rather than as a set. Thank you for your understanding.
Warranty Coverage
1.Initial Defects
Including initial defects upon arrival (such as cracks, chips, dirt), missing accessories, or damaged packaging. in these cases, the warranty service can also be used for the reissued product.
Applicable period: Within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
2.Product Defects
For screen protectors: peeling, bubbles, dust intrusion, poor adhesion, breakage (including customer-caused breakage), or any other problems with the product.
For cases: yellowing during use, breakage, etc.

Applicable period: Within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
*If a quality issue arises within the warranty period, we can offer a refund, repair, or exchange.Sometimes, the relevant product is out of stock or discontinued, we may replace it with a comparable item or refund the product price, please understand in advance.
*After confirming the defect with the customer support representative, a free exchange for a new product is possible. In some cases, such as offline purchase or unconfirmed product damage may need to return the original item along with the application form. Please note that shipping costs for returns will be charged accordingly.
Number of Warranty Claims
If a product fails under normal usage conditions (as per the user manual and precautions), we will provide the warranty service free of charge once during the warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
- The warranty period expired or the extended warranty has not been applied.
- Purchases from sellers other than NIMASO's official store or authorized retailers are not covered.
- If an exchange or refund has already been received from NIMASO's official store or authorized retailers.
- Campaign prizes and free products are not covered.
- Damage due to improper operation by the purchaser.
- Mismatch between customer-provided and actual order information.
- Unable to provide warranty service information (e.g., order number, photos, or other necessary product information).
- Damage or failure from external factors after purchase (pressure, liquid, foreign objects, etc.).
- The product is stolen or lost, fail to confirm the product's condition.
- Damage due to fire, earthquake, floods, or other natural disasters, pollution, etc.
- Damage to non-NIMASO products caused by improper use (main device, display screen, etc.).
- Any issues that occur during delivery to after-sale, such as loss, theft, damage, or non-delivery.
- Other situations confirmed by after-sale that are not covered by the warranty.
